| The best little hotel in JHB. Great location with direct access to Rosebank Mall. Nothing comes close at even twice the rate. Will return. |

| I enjoyed this hotel, and even came back for an additional night at the end of my trip when I needed to stay an extra night in Johannesburg. My choice for my initial stay as well as my second stay was really based on price vs. quality both times, as I was able to secure excellent rates online.
The hotel is elegant, has free parking and internet access, beautiful garden areas, kind and caring staff, convenient location to northern Johannesburg and local shopping, large rooms and comfortable beds.
On the negative side, I was extremely annoyed when the hotel did not give me a wake up call, causing me to miss the meeting for which I traveled 8,000 miles to attend. More over, even though I had several discussions with the hotel front desk staff, and was promised a manager would be informed, no one ever contacted me. This left a really bad taste! As nice as the hotel is, I would not have stayed there a second time if it had not been for price.
There is no clock in the room, so I had no way to set my own wake up time,
There is a phone in the bathroom and one besides the bed, but not on the work desk where I needed it most. Strange set up.
The TV is ridiculously small for such a large room.
The room had a nice coffee/tea set up, although too little milk and sugar available, so I found myself running around to restock.
There was a constant supply of cakes, pastries and scones in the tastefully decorated lobby. No glitz, just simple elegance.
One other strange thing, when someone left a message for me, it was put in an envelope and left on the desk in my room. I did not even notice it until 2 hours after returning to the room. It was not a critical message, but it would have been nice to receive it as soon as I returned. It would have been better if they slipped it under the door so that you walked over it when you entered. |

| The Grace Hotel was the hotel that we can expect from
five star hotels. Clean and kindly, decorated with still,
perfect food and service, location for shopping and restaurants was very good.
It is absolutely to be recommendible to enjoy this Charm and Luxury. Thanks.
